IFEL-PSC Partnership Agreement Signed

After a few months of successful collaboration, IFEL and PSC signed their new deal effective April 8, 2019 to extend the scope of partnership and to minimize their overhead by avoiding duplications. While the details are to be articulated later on, both Parties agreed they should reduce their overhead so that they will remain competitive. General agreement is that EPC, EP. design-build, engineering, and start-ups shall be managed by IFEL and PSC shall focus on administrative, materials, and QA/QC related services. Accounting, marketing, and insurance shall be covered by PSC.
