I’m very glad to announce, after closing out my project with my employer, I have decided to establish my own company that helps me to focus on my objectives better. People who might know me from Calgary or Vancouver, know that I have always tried to be active both in my company as well as my community.
Now, after some 23 years of hard work in the most reputable structured companies such as Fluor, AECOM, AtkinsRealis (SNC Lavalin), Snamprogetti, Sazeh, Butane, and NIOEC, I would like to establish an exemplary small company of my own that tenors creativity, responsibility, and excellence towards the organization as well as communities.
Whether when I was working as volunteer with societies or when I worked on multi-Hundred million dollar projects, I always thought how I could make the procedures or routines more efficient and effective. Receiving training on strategic management as well as ISO-9001 topped up with experience I gained contributing in improving QA / QC systems of a few well-known companies gave me self confidence to establish a multi-sided company, even though at way smaller scale.
Another motivation though, has always been my interest and ideas in the world of arts and music that I never had a chance to follow as seriously as I wished. Reducing the size of my projects (with my small yet fast-growing company) will provide me the chance to work on delivering higher quality of services and the chance to promote entrepreneurs that might want to work on my innovative ideas or their own similar ones that I could contribute, at a higher level of supervision or consultancy.
I am in the process of registering my company and hopefully in early 2016 it will be registered.
